By accessing or using SENTINEL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SENTINEL is an AI-powered security monitoring platform that scans and analyzes digital threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities across your connected accounts and services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Shield, and Fortress tiers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitations
SENTINEL provides security monitoring and analysis but does not guarantee complete protection against all threats. The Service should be used as part of a comprehensive security strategy. We are not liable for damages resulting from threats that are not detected.
